Complaint Last Name–Last name of the individual filing the complaint.
Type–Type of complaint.
Face ID #–Face ID license number of the taxicab driver.
Cab Company–Company under which the driver operates using the color/s of the company.
Drivers Last Name–Driver's name for which the complaint was filed.
Notice Sent–Date the first notice requesting the driver to appear at the Taxicab Commission for a
preliminary hearing.
Action–Action taken by the Taxicab Commission as a result of the preliminary hearing.
Status–Final status of the complaint.
