Application for Pre-Approval of Proposed Modern Taximeter System (MTS)

The Commission has provided the following application to identify those who may be interested in acting as Payment Service Providers (PSPs) to provide Modern Taximeter Systems (MTS) to the District of Columbia taxicab industry and allow the industry and the general public to learn more about the technology anticipated to meet the requirements of the final rulemaking.  A pre-approved MTS shall be required to apply for and meet the requirements for final approval under the final rulemaking.
