Panel on One-Color Taxicab Design
Commissioner Cyril Crocker will head the Panel on One-Color Taxicab Design to oversee the development of a standardized color scheme for taxicabs. The other commissioners joining Commissioner Crocker on this panel are Paul Cohn, Elliott Ferguson and Stanley Tapscott.
The panel will be responsible for making a thorough review to include:
- Conducting a public hearing
- Meeting with individual taxicab owners
- Reviewing public feedback from vehicle exhibits
- Performing other fact finding research duties
- Providing recommendations at the General Commission Meeting in February 2013.
